  • Processing Time: Customized jewelry is handcrafted and meticulously made. Processing time is approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on order volume. This allows us to focus on detail and ensure each item meets the highest quality standards. All other orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During promotions or special offers, please allow us 5-8 business days to process your order. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding! You will receive an email with tracking information and a tracking number after your order ships.
  • Delivery Time: Orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive. Please note that these are estimated times provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance or unforeseen delays may affect the actual delivery time.
  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping costs for orders under $50 depend on your order; please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address for an accurate shipping quote.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to the following countries/regions: UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, Singapore, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, and Finland.
  • We generally include taxes, but we are not responsible for any additional costs that may arise during the shipping process (such as additional duties and taxes imposed by different countries).
  • Package Delay, Loss, or Damage: We take great care in packaging and strive to ensure your order arrives safely. However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, we will no longer be responsible for any delays, loss, theft, or damage that may occur. Nevertheless, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any problems that may arise, and if necessary, we can also assist you in communicating with the carrier.
