1. Gentle Handling: This is the most important principle! Never pull, tug or hook the woven items forcefully. Especially when holding heavy woven products, try to hold the main part with both hands or gently pinch the sturdy edges.

2. Keep Away from Sharp Objects: Rings, brooch pins, rough zippers, keys, pet claws, rough tabletops (especially wood splinters) are all enemies of woven items. When wearing woven jewelry, be careful of the decorations on your clothes to avoid scratches.

3. Avoid Friction: Do not repeatedly rub the woven items against rough surfaces (such as coarse cloth, sandpaper, unpolished wood) or insert them into crowded drawers or bags and rub against other hard objects.

4. Be Careful When Wearing: If it is woven jewelry (necklaces, earrings, etc.), be extra careful when changing clothes (especially pullover shirts, clothes with zippers) and it is best to remove the jewelry first. Avoid wearing it during vigorous activities or doing housework.

5. Sun Protection and Color Retention: Prolonged exposure to strong sunlight will cause the threads (especially dyed cotton threads, silk threads) to fade and become brittle. Avoid hanging the woven items for a long time near windows exposed to direct sunlight.

6. Moisture and Mold Prevention: A humid environment can cause natural fibers (cotton, linen, silk) to mold. Keep the storage environment dry and ventilated.

1. Perfume/Cosmetics/Hair Gel: When wearing chenille jewelry, apply perfume, do your makeup, and spray hair gel first. Wait until they are completely dry before wearing the jewelry. These chemical substances may corrode the fibers or leave stains.

2. Acidic Substances: If used as coasters or placemats, immediately wipe dry any acidic liquids that spill out, such as juice ��, coffee ☕, tea, vinegar, or alcohol to prevent staining and fiber damage.

3. Reduce Weight-bearing: Chenille structures are not suitable for bearing weight. Avoid hanging heavy items (such as large chenille earrings that are worn for a long time may stretch the ear wires), and also avoid pressing heavy objects onto chenille works.

It is recommended to perform local cleaning first and avoid overall washing! Washing is the most risky operation.

You can use a very soft makeup brush or a small oil painting brush to gently brush off the dust along the texture, or use low-viscosity tape (such as masking tape) to press and remove fine dust extremely carefully. Always avoid using strong tape to prevent adhesion or pulling of thread ends. If you need to clean stains for wet cleaning, be extremely cautious. Only use pure cotton swabs, fine-tipped forceps and white non-fuzzing absorbent cloths (such as ultra-fine fiber cloths), combined with distilled water or cool boiled water. For stubborn stains, a very small amount of special textile cleaner with neutral pH value, no bleach and fluorescent whitening agent (be sure to test in a inconspicuous area first) can be used. During the operation, only slightly moisten the cotton swab or cloth corner (avoid dripping water), gently press the stain area (do not rub), let the solution penetrate and immediately use a dry cotton swab or dry cloth corner to press and absorb the dirt, repeat the "moisten - press - absorb" steps until the stain is removed or no improvement is seen. The entire process must be carried out quickly to prevent water from spreading. After cleaning, place the work on a dry cloth in a ventilated and cool place to dry thoroughly, avoiding direct sunlight.

1. Thorough cleaning and drying: Before storing, ensure that the works are completely clean and absolutely dry.

2. Avoid folding: Never fold! Folding will create indelible creases and may damage the wire.

3. Dust prevention: Store in boxes, drawers, or cabinets with doors to avoid dust accumulation. You can place an additional sealed bag or dust cover outside the storage box (make sure it is dry inside).

4. Pest and mold prevention: Regularly check. You can place natural pest repellents in the storage area (do not directly contact the works), such as cedar blocks or lavender sachets (make sure they do not bleed color). Avoid using chemical pest repellents like camphor balls, as their smell may damage the fibers and be difficult to remove.
