Return policy

Customized items are final sale and non-refundable. For all other items, customers may request a return within 7 days of receipt for reasons including incorrect shipment, damaged goods, or dissatisfaction. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Tips:
Customized jewelry is entirely handmade, requiring significant time and effort. Due to its handmade nature, it's impossible for every piece to be exactly alike. Minor discrepancies may occur. Please do not place an order if you mind these differences.
Alina strives for top-quality control from the start. Therefore, we inspect each piece 3-4 times during the entire production process. We will also send you a video confirmation before shipping. After purchasing customized jewelry, please remember to add Alina's WhatsApp: +8618838001571 to discuss production details and dimensions, and to confirm shipment via video. If you believe the received product is defective, please email service@alinatatting.com with your order number and photos of the problematic product so we can communicate with you and resolve the issue appropriately.
We are not responsible for the following situations:
  • Mistakes made by shipping Couriers
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly return the product and place a new order.
